In our first year we began collecting donations of material documenting mountain history, launched a periodic newsletter, organized field trips to nearby museums, inaugurated the annual Idyllwild Home Tour and trained volunteers to meet recognized standards for curating the growing collection.

Museum Hours:
Fall and Winter (September 21 – March 21): Saturday & Sundays, 10:00am – 3: 00pm  

Spring and Summer (March 22 – September 20) : Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00am – 4:00pm

Also: Monday holidays and everyday between Christmas and New Years.

Museum gardens are available everyday year round to sit, relax and enjoy. 10:00am – 4:00pm
